Wine Review: This light straw colored “Dry” Riesling from the Finger Lakes has a very inviting bouquet of apricots, light peach, bananas and honey. It is medium bodied, zesty and displays nice acidity along with intense lemon-lime and red grapefruit flavors. I enjoyed the robust palate with pleasant structure and its pleasing dry extended finish. I would pair this Dr. Konstantin Frank Riesling with grilled swordfish with mango salsa. - Joe

Winemaker Notes: Expressive style with dominant characters of grapefruit, lime and star fruit notes. The crisp acidity enhances the distinct Keuka Lake minerality. All elements are perfectly balanced to make a wine that will last and continue improving for several years. Dry with crisp mouth feel. Light bodied.
