Wine Review: This Pinot Gris was one of our New York selections at this year's Boston Wine Expo. It is white gold colored and opens with a mild grapefruit and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic, and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty tangerine with notes of lime and a touch of grapefruit. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. I would pair this wine with linguine and clam sauce. Enjoy - Ken
