Wine Review: This yellow colored Riesling opens with an orange and mild apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly sweet, and shows pleasant acidity. The flavor profile is ripe peach with notes of gentle minerality. The finish is semi-sweet and lingers nicely. This wine would pair well with quiche Lorraine. Enjoy – Ken
