Wine Review: The light yellow colored Gewurtz opens with a fragrant and attractive classic lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a very tasty ripe lychee. The finish is semi-dry and lingers nicely. This wine would pair perfectly with sliced green apple and sharp cheddar cheese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2008 Gewurztraminer has aromas of orange blossoms, citrus and banana. The light residual sugar gives a subtle honey introduction followed by an acidic balance enhanced with the slatey influence of our estate vineyards. Serve with turkey, pork or rich Asian and Indian foods.
