Wine Review: This hay-colored Riesling from Germany opens with a fragrant and attractive apricot and peach bouquet with hints of orange blossom and bee’s wax. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, lush, and dense. The flavor profile is a properly sweet, dried apricots and mild stony minerality with notes of white peach and pineapple. I also detected hints of lemon tea. The finish remains sweet and its flavors drift away nicely. I would pair this Riesling with Pam’s macaroons. Enjoy - Ken
