Wine Review: This straw-colored Riesling opens with a strong petrol and bees wax bouquet with hints of matchstick and ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly sweet with a little effervescent. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced ginger and lime blend with notes of pineapple and hints of banana and mandarin orange. The finish remains sweet and its flavors and mild acidity linger and last for a while. This Riesling would pair well with coconut macaroons. – Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The wine shows a pronounced bouquet of very ripe red and yellow fruits with exotic and slightly spicy notes with well-integrated acidity. The slate like minerality so typical of the Mosel adds further complexity. Matches well with delicate foods like veal or shellfish.
