Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling opens with a flinty matchstick and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, zippy and spry. The flavor profile is a tangerine and candied ginger blend with notes of lime. The finish is mildly sweet and its flavors and acidity last for quite a while. This Riesling would be best on its own as an aperitif. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: The wine shows a pronounced bouquet of very ripe red and yellow fruits with exotic and slightly spicy notes with well-integrated acidity. The slatey minerality so typical of the Mosel adds further complexity. Matches with delicate foods excellently. Try this wine with veal, shellfish, roasted poultry or fish.
