Wine Review: This straw colored Riesling opens with a pleasant floral bouquet with a hint of lime and pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is ginger and pear with hints of lime and faint grapefruit. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors last for a while. This Riesling is pretty versatile and food friendly. I would pair it with spring rolls. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine is extremely well structured with a deep golden color and powerful but also elegant characteristics: Minerals, peaches, pear, cumquat, watermelon, currant, grapefruit with a hint of gooseberry and raspberry. An ideal match with Asian cuisine, particularly sweet & sour dishes or sushi. It will also match most delicately flavored poultry and fish dishes.
