Wine Review: This light straw colored Riesling from Mosel opens with a ripe apple and burnt rubber bouquet with a hint of banana. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and acidic. The flavor profile is a pear and minerality blend with notes of tangerine, honey and pineapple. The finish is pleasantly sweet and lingers for a while. The panel suggested pairing this Riesling with bacon wrapped scallops or baked ham with pineapple. Enjoy - KWGTP
