Wine Review: This light yellow colored dry-styled Riesling from Mosel opens with a sweet honey like bouquet with hints of pineapple and pear. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with hints of honey and lime. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Riesling is versatile and food friendly and would pair well with grilled rainbow trout. Enjoy - Ken
