Wine Review: This pale colored Feinherb (off-dry) Riesling from Mosel opens with a wet stone, green apple and light lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ripe lime with notes of minerality and a touch of yellow grapefruit. The finish remains off-dry and drifts away nicely. This would pair well with sautéed swordfish with fennel. Enjoy - Ken
