Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling from Mosel is a pleasant sweet nectar wine. It opens with a mild lychee and gentle tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, displays lively acidity and ripe flavors. Those flavors are ripe pear and juicy pineapple with hints of minerality and a touch of tangerine. The finish is slightly sweet and its flavors last for quite some time. This tasty Riesling would pair well with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese with stone wheat crackers. Enjoy - Ken
