Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a wet stone bouquet with a little ripe apple in the background. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, slightly acidic, and citrusy. The flavor profile is an Anjou pear with notes of green apple and a hint of grapefruit and minerality. The finish is semi-dry and would pair well with ham. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The bouquet is best described as a spicy blend of red apples, honey and stone fruit overlayering an enticing mineral/slate complexity. The perfect balance of fruit and the enticing acidity shows the wines lucious palate superbly. Delicious with lobster, shellfish and full flavoured zesty seafood.
