Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Saar, Germany is very nice. It opens with a pear and lime bouquet with a hint of petrol. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, semi-dry and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is tasty peach with notes of tangerine and lime. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors linger for a little while. This very nice value Riesling would pair well with Thai rolls. Enjoy – Ken
