Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant gooseberry, canned pea, and guava bouquet with a hint of yellow grapefruit pith. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with bright plus acidity. The mouthfeel is slightly creamy and balanced. The flavor profile is a gooseberry, white pepper, and saline blend with notes of lime zest, quince, and green apple. I also detected hint of asparagus towards the end. The finish is dry, and it flavors, and acidity are nicely prolonged. This Sauvignon Blanc is quite seafood friendly. I would pair it with swordfish skewers. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of lemon/lime and honey suckle with a touch of vanilla and tropical notes. Lime zest and juicy acidity, ripe flavors linger on the palate. Finishes with a charming touch of nutmeg.
