Wine Review: This wine was a hit with our mini-tasting group. It is rich yellow colored and opens with a mild oak and pineapple bouquet. We also detected hints of banana. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, smooth, and drinkable. The flavor profile is Asian pear with perfectly integrated mild vanilla oak and a touch of spice. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. The group agreed that this wine would pair well with shrimp scampi or Wiener schnitzel with a Roquefort cheese cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This wine displays a wealth of aromas of spiced apple, perfectly ripe peaches and Meyer lemons with delightful hints of hazelnut. Both rich and subtle, the wine shows weighty yet nimble textures, succulent melon and pear fruit interwoven with delicate apricot flesh and stone on a very long, lingering finish. - Kenneth Juhasz, winemaker
