Wine Review: This dark orange colored dessert styled wine opens with a fragrant ripe peach and grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, rich and concentrated. The flavor profile is an extracted ripe sweet peach with notes of tangerine and apricot. The finish remains sweet and is refined. This dessert wine is a special. It would pair well with pecan pie. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The wine displays its extraordinary personality and depth in its bright amber colour. After the first, intense notes of apricot and peach, come sweet sensations of dried fig, honey, herbs and mineral notes. Impressive on the palate with an outstanding complexity due to a fusion of sweetness, tastiness and softness. A prolonged finish. Serve with blue-veined or mature cheeses, or desserts. Try it with hazelnut chocolate.
