Wine Review: This slightly opaque and very dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon based wine showed well to the panel. It opens with a black cherry and blackberry bouquet with hints of oak, balsam, and earth. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, fruit forward. The flavor profile is a ripe black cherry with notes of red plum and blackberry. We also detected hints of oak and cinnamon. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins fade away nicely. The panel wished it had a tad more depth to get it the next level. They suggested pairing it with a Chicago T-bone or veal chop. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Aroma: Rich aromatics of black cherry and earth Palate: Cherry with lush tannins and a lingering toast finish
