Wine Review: This ruby colored Malbec opens with a fragrant floral bouquet with notes of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a light oak and strawberry blend with notes of red plum and a touch of minerality and dash of black pepper. The finish is dry and subtle. The panel thought this was a very nice everyday red that was more like a light Pinot. They suggest pairing it with a salmon burger. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Opens with intense aromas of blackberry, plum and a hint of mocha. Dark fruit flavors intertwine with notes of spice, licorice and chocolate to create a magnificent, full-bodied Malbec. Round tannins and a plush mouthfeel lead the way to a long, velvety finish.
