Wine Review: This opaque and very dark ruby colored red blend from Argentina opens with a mild black cherry and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild oak infused red raspberry with notes of cherry and strawberry licorice. I also detected a touch of blackberry jam at the very end. The finish is dry and its very sticky medium tannins linger for quite some time. This wine would pair well marinated bourbon steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
