Wine Review: This pale straw colored Grüner Veltliner from Austria opens with saline and faint lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced with medium acidity. The flavor profile is a lime and gentle tart white grapefruit blend with hints of saline, white pepper, and a touch of white peach.
