Wine Review: This very pale copper colored wine from Côtes de Provence opens with an attractive, yet faint green tea, green olive, and tangerine bouquet with a lime zest. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, refined, elegant and bright. The flavor profile is a saline and dried herb blend with notes of mild white peach and chalky minerality. I also picked up some hints of maraschino cherry, lemon tea and tangerine. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair the tasty Rosé with steamed mussels or with a shrimp fra diavolo. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This pale pink wine with golden tints releases fragrances of citrus fruit and orchard flowers enveloped in spice. On the palate, the immediate effect is elegant and open, developing subtle aromas with a lemony edge before a sweet finish of appealing length.
