Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine from Domaines Ott is very good! It opens with a red peach and plum bouquet with a hint of orange zest. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, seamless, and delicate. The flavor profile is a green tea and a slightly tart nectarine blend with notes almond, saline, and stony minerality. I also detected hints of red plum and lime zest. The finish is dry and refreshing. This very nice Rose is quite quaffable. It was liked by everyone that tried it and it did not last long. I would pair it with shrimp scampi. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This pale pink wine with golden tints releases fragrances of citrus fruit and orchard flowers enveloped in spice. On the palate, the immediate effect is elegant and open, developing subtle aromas with a lemony edge before a sweet finish of appealing length.
