Wine Review: This white gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with an apple cider mash and dried herb bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, rich and viscous. The flavor profile is honey and green apple with notes of ginger and white pepper. The finish is dry and long and its acidity builds up.
