Wine Review: This very dark red colored Cabernet Franc opens with a shoe leather and cedar bouquet with hints of red bell pepper and Yardley Rose soap. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. It was balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced red plum and cedar blend with hints of bay leaf, nutmeg, cranberry and milk chocolate. The finish is dry and its flavors and round tannins linger nicely. The Panel suggested pairing this very good value Cab Franc with Moroccan lamb stew. Enjoy – KWGTP
