Wine Review: This pale salmon colored wine comes in a cool bottle with a glass top. It opens with a maraschino cherry with hints of lime and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild stony mineral and strawberry blend with hints of lime and tangerine. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Rose should be served slightly chilled with grilled shrimp with roasted lime-garlic-cilantro sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Charming on the nose, with floral and fresh notes of red currant and Morello cherry, this Languedoc rosé reveals a beautiful liveliness and crunchiness on the palate, while keeping its roundness and finesse.
