Wine Review: This sepia colored Rose is composed of 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache & 20% Mourverde. The bouquet is fruity and includes strawberries and lemon rind. I also picked up some hints of orange, chocolate and a touch of oak. The medium bodied palate is lively with flavors consisting of strawberry, lemon, light pink grapefruit and some pear. I enjoyed the balanced acidity and minerality. The finish is dry, brisk, slightly tart flavors round out this Languedoc Rose. I would recommend pairing this Rose with shrimp jambalaya. - Joe
Winemaker Notes: A soft, fruity and fresh rosé with an appealing salmon color and violet hints. Its bouquet develops intense aromas of wild strawberry, aniseed and lemon blossom notes. The palate is smooth, round and well balanced with a lingering, flavorful finish.
