Wine Review: This white gold colored wine opens with a very faint banana and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, balanced and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a toasted almond and chamomile tea blend with hints of honeycomb and faint white peach. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with classic Maryland lump crab imperial. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A very intense bouquet with primary aromas of citrus and white peach supported by subtle beeswax and lanolin notes. The palate is clean and crisp, expressing all the flavors in a fresh complexity. A satisfying and expressive southern French white wine that embodies the Domaine de Nizas style of balance and elegance.
