Wine Review: This dry and refreshing pale pink colored Rose wine from Provence is a Grenache based blend. The bouquet is very pretty with white florals, nectarine, and grapefruit aromas. It has a nice round and textured mouthfeel on the palate, with a medium-minus body and juicy moderate acidity. I found flavors of white peach, lime and gentle stony minerality. There was also some strawberry towards the end. The finish is dry and moderate in length with satisfying saline minerality. Perfect with guacamole and chips on a warm afternoon. - Mark
