Wine Review: This white gold colored Chenin Blanc from Vouvray opens with fragrant quince and wet stone bouquet with a hint of ginger. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, savory and mouthwatering. The flavor profile like the nose, reflects quince, minerality, pear and ginger with a hint of peach. It is very tasty. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite some time. This Chenin would pair very nicely with steamers! Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crisp, fresh and fruity this crowd pleasing, yet multifaceted Vouvray displays hints of apple and citrus. A bright acidity complements an abundance of minerality keeping the wine beautifully balanced.
