Wine Review: This golden yellow colored Chenin Blanc from Vouvray was well received by our holiday party goers. It opens with a quince bouquet with hints of honey and toasted walnuts. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a tasty quince and minerality blend with notes of nectarine and a touch of green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. It went well with our brie and strawberry tarts. Enjoy - Ken
