Wine Review: This light gold colored opens with a fragrant perfume like bouquet with hints of fig, honey and bee's wax. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a ripe golden delicious apple and fig blend with notes of honey and brie cheese with a hint of apricot. The finish is dry and its flavor fade away nicely. This Vouvray would pair well with grilled rainbow trout. Enjoy - Ken
