Wine Review: This is the third year in a row that I have recommended this terrific everyday white wine. It is a heck of a wine for the money. It is pale yellow colored and opens with a wet stone and mild peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, very well balanced, and gentle. The flavor profile is a mild green apple with a touch of integrated minerality. There is also just a touch of peach in the background. The finish is dry and very refreshing. I would pair this wine with an herb roasted chicken. Enjoy – Ken
