Wine Review: This medium ruby colored Grenache based wine opens with a raspberry and stewed plum bouquet with hints of leather and dried herbs. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and approachable. The flavor profile is stony mineral influenced dried herbs and dark chocolate blend with notes of blackberry and oak. We also detected hints of black olive and black licorice. The finish is dry, and its dusty tannins linger and last for very long time. The Tasting Panel would pair this Grenache with veal chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
