Wine Review: This coral-colored wine from Coteaux d'Aix en Provence opens with a fragrant peach bouquet with a hint of maraschino cherry and a touch of matchstick. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, nicely rounded, crisp and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and nectarine blend with notes of lime, orange tea, and honeydew melon. I also detected some hints of grapefruit pith and a dash of white pepper towards the end. The finish is mouthwatering and refreshing. This a very nice wine to take to the beach. Keep it chilled and enjoy it with some shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Explosive nose on the rose. The bouquet becomes more complex with vegetal and gourmet notes. The palate is ample and generous with an expression of juicy fruit where the aromas of raspberry and apricot blend and balance each other. The length combines tonicity and smoothness. Serve as an aperitif, or with summer cuisine such as salads, grilled meats, or fish tartare.
