Wine Review: The coral-colored wine opens with a watermelon and strawberry bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, soft, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty watermelon and stony minerality blend with notes of lime and stone fruit. I also detected hints of green tea and tobacco. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This Rose is a nice summer quaffer. I would pair it with chilled shrimp cocktail and a beach. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fine and delicious bouquet, with notes of currants and acacia. The palate unfolds a nice volume and a pleasant roundness on flavors of orchard fruits and very ripe red fruits. The whole is balanced between richness and liveliness until the finish with a delicate iodized tension. Serve with grilled sea bass, pesto pasta, Japanese cuisine, or chicken curry.
