Wine Review: This Grand Cru Pinot is light ruby colored wine and opens with a mild red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and smooth as silk. The flavor profile is a delicious mild cherry with just a touch of gentle oak in the background. The finish is dry and its ultra fine tannins drift along nicely. This is a special dinner wine to pair with filet mignon at your favorite steak house if you can find a bottle. Enjoy – Ken
