Wine Review: This pale pink colored Sparkling wine from Domaine Carneros displays lots of medium sized bubbles. It opens with a pleasant mild strawberry and cranberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral influenced red raspberry tea with notes of bread dough and tangerine. The Tasting Panel also detected some hints of oatmeal. The finish is dry and nicely prolonged. The Panel suggested pairing this sparkler with a turkey dinner. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The wine's aroma, delivered on a delicate mousse, hints at wild strawberry, raspberry, peach, apricot, honeysuckle and exotic spices. Despite what its color may suggest, it is a true Brut and completely dry. And Enjoyable at a young age. It is food-friendly and pairs well with salmon or fresh berries.
