Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Sparkling Wine displays lots of streaming tiny bubbles. It features an inviting bread dough and white tea bouquet with hints of lemon verbena and green apple. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is refined, bright and very approachable. The flavor profile is Squirt soda and gravely minerality blend with notes of chamomile tea. We also detected hints of Anjou pear and apple. The finish is dry, and its flavors and acidity are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this Sparkler with a seafood tower with chilled crab and lobster. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This very focused and elegant wine displays lovely notes of key lime, honeycomb, and lemon curd. This round wine displays a palate with hints of lime blossom, baked pear, and lemon meringue, resulting in a creamy texture and a long finish. Our Brut Cuvée is our most versatile wine for food pairing. Try it with oysters or with roast chicken.
