Wine Review: This very pale peach-colored opens with a tangerine and mild melon bouquet with hints of herbal tea. On the palate this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, slightly viscous, and fresh. The flavor profile mild saline and gentle red cherry blend with notes of stony minerality and green tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. This Rosé is complementary and versatile. You can enjoy it at the beach slightly chilled or with a light seafood dish. Enjoy - Ken
