Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Dierberg opens with a mild light lemon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, bright and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a tasty lime with notes of nectarine. I also detected a touch of grapefruit, some mild minerality and a hint of lemon mixed in towards the end. The finish is dry and very refreshing. I would pair this Chard with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
