Wine Review: This light coral colored Brut Rose Champagne displays many tiny streaming bubbles. It opens with a fragrant bread dough bouquet with a hint of strawberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and on the elegant side. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle mineral and light strawberry blend with hints of brioche and tangerine. The finish is dry and its flavors and acidity are nicely prolonged. This Brut Rose would pair well with tuna-based sushi. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: This is a very refined, somewhat smoky wine. Some say that it is what dreams are made of. It is ideal for an afternoon drink or at dessert time, with perhaps a raspberry charlotte or a red fruit tart. Our wines should be served chilled but not cold.
