Wine Review: This pale coral colored wine from Decoy is very good. It opens with a mild wet stone and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and a bit zippy. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry with hints stone fruit, grapefruit and a touch of Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry and nicely prolonged. This Rose would pair nicely with grilled rainbow trout. Enjoy - Ken
