Wine Review: This very pale straw colored Sauvignon Blanc from Decoy opens with a white flower and faint lime bouquet with a hint of fresh cut grass. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a flinty mineral and lemon blend with notes of white pepper. We also detected a hint of ginger ale and a touch of green pepper. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. The Panel thought this Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with garlic chicken or a mahi-mahi or tilapia taco. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This enticing wine offers vivid flavors of grapefruit and apricot, as well as lovely notes of honeydew and lemongrass. On the palate, refreshing acidity mingles with a subtle sweetness that carries through to a fresh, lively finish.
