Wine Review: This light pink colored Rose from South Africa opens with a peach and wet stone like bouquet with a hint of tangerine. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, shows no hard edges and is mouthwatering. The flavors profile is a mineral infused light strawberry with notes of faint watermelon. I also detected hints of white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose is a real summer quaffer and a good value as well. I would pair this wine with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This crowd-pleasing Rose displays alluring aromas and juicy flavors of cherries and strawberries, accented with delicate floral nuances. It offers a refreshingly crisp, dry finish.
