Wine Review: This Rose from South Africa is a deep reddish pink and opens with a sweet cherry, orange and watermelon bouquet with some floral notes. It is pleasantly fruity but dry, medium bodied with some structure and gentle acidity. Flavors of strawberry, pink grapefruit and reserved minerality. There is a slight touch of tannins in the moderate finish with light citrus notes and some spice. Enjoy a grilled turkey burger with guacamole on your deck with this Rose. - Mark
