Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chenin Blanc opens with a light lemon bouquet with a hint of light oak. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused Anjou pear with hints gentle oak and lemon. The finish is dry and its mineral notes linger well after the wine is gone. This Chenin would pair well with toasted ravioli. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This stunning boutique bottling displays effusive aromas of citrus, lime, honey and toast which erupt into opulent flavors of honeyed pear, orange blossom, rich vanilla and spice on the palate. It is a world class offering that strikes a brilliant balance between lush fruit and crisp, mouthwatering acidity.
