Wine Review: This luscious, single vineyard Sonoma Chardonnay is medium golden yellow color, with attractive aromas of creme brulee, honeysuckle, Bosc pear, wet stone, toasted oak, and lemon peel. A round and slightly creamy mouthfeel on the palate, it is dry, medium-plus bodied, layered, and well-balanced, with crisp moderate acidity, and nicely managed oak. There are flavors of green apple, creme brulee, honeydew melon, crushed stone, and buttered brioche toast. The finish is dry, refreshing and lasts quite a while. Pair this Chardonnay with classic lobster thermidor. - Mark
