Wine Review: This very light red colored opens with an attractive light pomegranate, red raspberry bouquet with a hint of red plum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is nicely balanced, round, soft and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a gentle red plum and red cherry blend with notes of loam and mushroom. I also detected hints of faint cranberry and cinnamon. The finish is dry, and its flavors and dusty fine tannins linger and last for a very long time. This friendly and versatile Pinot would pair with many meals. I would pair it with German schnitzel with a mushroom gravy. Enjoy - Ken
