Wine Review: This slight cloudy and dark ruby Pinot Noir has very fragrant boysenberry and black raspberry bouquet with hints of cherry-cola. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with plus acidity. The mouthfeel is silky and savory. The flavor profile is a spiced red plum and boysenberry blend with notes of vanilla-cola. I also detected some strawberry and clove. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. I would pair this fruity Pinot with duck a l'orange. Enjoy - Ken
